About Me
Marta Cuevas is the founder of Rio Feo Development, Inc. As a licensed General Contractor, she is focused on delivering high-end residential and commercial construction, as well as thoughtfully executed renovations throughout South Florida.
Her background is rooted in over 17 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, where she developed a deep understanding of contracts, transactions, and risk. She later transitioned into development and construction, spending more than a decade working on projects including garden-style apartment communities, mixed-use developments and 30+ story residential and commercial towers.
This foundation allows Marta to approach each project with a comprehensive perspective balancing design, construction, and financial discipline to ensure a seamless execution from concept to completion.
Today, through Rio Feo Development, she works closely with homeowners and investors on custom homes and large-scale renovations, as well as custom commercial buildouts. She brings a highly organized, detail-driven process to every project. Currently, she is developing two luxury residences in South Florida while overseeing several renovations.
Marta’s approach is centered on clarity, efficiency, and delivering a finished product that reflects both quality craftsmanship and long-term value.
